Moldovan tax body registered about 13,800 leases in 2020

Chisinau, 21 January /MOLDPRES/- In 2020, the State Tax Service (SFS) identified 4,644 private people who lease / rent real estate.
Of them, 439 private people have not complied with the law. On them payment to the budget was calculated: basic payments - 260 thousand lei, penalties - 13.4 thousand lei and fines - 74.2 thousand of lei.
The SFS continues the measures of compliance and information of private people who lease real estate on the obligations set by the normative acts in force regarding the registration of lease contracts.
Last year, 13,822 lease / rent contracts were registered with the SFS.
