Moldovan parliament's decision on declaring of emergency state declared unconstitutional

Chisinau, 28 April /MOLDPRES/ - The Constitutional Court (CCM) today described the parliament decision on the declaring of the emergency state as unconstitutional. A CCM magistrate had a separate opinion.
The judges ruled also to cancel the government decision on the proposal to declare emergency state.
The High Court’s ruling is final and cannot be subjected to any appeal.
Emergency state was established in Moldova on 1 April till 30 May.
