Moldovan citizens exempt from quarantine if traveling to Romania

Chisinau, 11 May /MOLDPRES/- The Republic of Moldova is not one of the countries considered by the Romanian state authorities with a high epidemiological risk.

On 10 May, the Romanian government approved a new list of states with a high epidemiological risk. Spain, Denmark, Monaco, Tunisia, the United Arab Emirates, Belarus, the Bahamas and Nepal were added on it. The Republic of Moldova is not on the list.

According to the Romanian authorities, travelers coming from these countries are obliged to stay in quarantine for 14 days. The measure does not apply to those who have got vaccinated with both doses or who have had COVID-19 in the last 90 days.
