Photovoltaic park constructed in Moldovan village

Chisinau, 9 June /MOLDPRES/ - A photovoltaic park has been constructed in the Festelita village, south-eastern Stefan Voda district.
According to the Agency for Energy Efficiency (AEE), the works are carried out within the project, Construction of the photovoltaic park with a power of 300 KW, in the Festelita village, Stefan Voda district, worth 4,485,322 lei.
The project is backed, within the programme ‘Covenant of Mayors – Demonstration Projects (CoMDeP), financed by the European Union.
Measures of modernization of the settlement’s illumination system, through the setting of 1,000 photovoltaic panels, were carried out within the programme.
