Moldova's State Fiscal Service launches system of assessing degree of tax payers' satisfaction

Chisinau, 21 June /MOLDPRES/ - The State Fiscal Service (SFS) today launched, in piloting regime, the Automated Information System (SIA), Assessing the degree of tax payers’ satisfaction. This is an information solution meant for establishing the level of tax payers’ satisfaction with the services provided by SFS.

According to the institution, the basic goals of the new information system are: establishing the tax payers’ opinions, in order to give possibility to analyze and change the procedures/methodologies; optimization and/or adjusting the processes of the State Fiscal Service, based on tax payers’ feedback; determining the level of tax payers’ satisfaction.

The piloting of SIA, Assessing the degree of tax payers’ satisfaction, implies the placing of the questionnaire on the webpage www.sfs.md, as well as in SIA, Personal office of tax payer.

The term of piloting of the SIA, Assessing the degree of tax payers’ satisfaction, is of 30 days.

The implementation of SIA, Assessing the degree of tax payers’ satisfaction, was carried out with the support of the World Bank, within the project on modernization of the fiscal administration.
