Moldova to attend largest exhibition of organic products in world

Chisinau, 28 June /MOLDPRES/- The Republic of Moldova will be represented at the largest exhibition of organic products in the world - Biofach. The Moldovan delegation will include farmers, members of Moldova Organic Value Chain Alliance (MOVCA).

The exhibition will be held in Nuremberg, Germany, on 15-18 February 2022. For the MOVCA Association this edition will mark the participation for the fourth consecutive year with a country stand at Biofach.

"Companies wishing to participate in the exhibition will be selected through a competition and must meet several conditions, including holding an organic producer certificate or confirming that they are in the conversion period and have organic products. At the same time, the participants must pay their own participation contribution, to elaborate together with the MOVCA team the participation plan and to follow the recommendations of the experts, and to know the English language ”, sources from the Association said.

Following the competition, 4-6 participating companies will be selected with 1-2 representatives each. The deadline for completing the form is 26 July.

Biofach offers manufacturers the opportunity to establish long-term partnerships, export to international markets, gain experience in product promotion and learn about the latest trends in the global green sector.

Our country's participation in Biofach will be possible due to the financial support provided by the Investment Agency of the Republic of Moldova, the Farmer-to-Farmer Program implemented by CNFA Moldova with USAID support, the Representation in Chisinau of the Czech Organization People in Need etc.
