Campaign to promote national tourism product launched

Chisinau, 11 August /MOLDPRES/- The Border Police is a partner of the Invest Moldova Agency in the campaign to promote the national tourism product, by distributing brochures and tourist maps in the busiest state border crossing points: Leuseni, Chisinau International Airport, Cahul, Sculeni, Palanca.

The new tourist brochure was made by the Invest Moldova and includes three chapters. It tells in an authentic language about the history, culture, gastronomy of Moldova, and about the experiences it can offer to tourists ", according to the Border Police.

The brochure also contains an informative map that includes tourist attractions in the country, such as places of worship, museums, parks and reservations, wineries, and other places that may be of interest to both domestic and foreign tourists.

“The brochure is a unique tool, which can be used by actors in the tourism industry, the associative sector, and by anyone who wants to tell a potential visitor about our country. The campaign is addressed to foreigners who will cross the state border on the way of entry, having as main message, the urge to discover the Republic of Moldova as an attractive tourist destination, in order to boost the receiving tourism ", states the quoted source.
