Education Ministry unveils results of admission in basic session 2021

Chisinau, 18 August /MOLDPRES/- The basic session of admission to higher education has ended, and to fill vacancies in universities in the country, the additional admission session has started, on 16-26 August.

According to the Ministry of Education and Research (MEC), following the basic session of admission 2021, completed on August 12, the table of preliminary results looks as follows: cycle I - 4170 students (83%) were enrolled in places with budget funding, and 840 budget places remained vacant; cycle II - 2944 master students (96%) were enrolled in the places with budget financing, 137 budget places remaining vacant.

At the same time, young people who still want to apply for higher education can do so in the additional admission session, which began on August 16-26, 2021.
At the same time, at the State Agrarian University of Moldova are offered in the additional session about 100 budget places in Agricultural Sciences, Forestry, Environmental Sciences, Architecture and Construction.
