Moldovan cabinet appoints new state secretary of agriculture ministry

Chisinau, 15 September /MOLDPRES/- Iurie Scripnic is new Secretary of State at the Ministry of Agriculture. His candidacy was approved today by the Cabinet of Ministers.

The head of MAIA, Viorel Gherciu, said that Scripnic has experience in production and promotion of animal production.

"He held several managerial positions related to this segment. He has a degree in economics and animal husbandry, being involved in scientific-didactic activities as a lecturer, vice dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology of the State Agrarian University (UASM) ", said Gherciu.

Also today, the Executive approved the resignation request of Vasile Șarco from the position of head of the Money Laundering Prevention and Combating Service.

The Cabinet of Ministers also approved a lot of appointments to the positions of heads of the territorial offices of the State Chancellery.
