Moldovan electoral body takes note of vacancy of MP mandate

Chisinau, 12 October /MOLDPRES/ - The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) today proposed the validation of an MP mandate to Moldova’s Constitutional Court (CCM).
The central electoral authority took note of the vacancy of a lawmaker mandate, assigned to the Action and Solidarity Party. Under the legal provisions, the CEC members ruled to propose to CCM to validate the MP mandate of the alternate candidate Gavrouc Vitali on the list of the same party.
Also, the CEC members gave mandates of councilor in five village, town and district councils.
