Chisinau, 11 November /MOLDPRES/ - The MPs today approved, in the last reading, a draft law for the amendment of several normative acts, the so-called law ‘’for economy’s digitization.’’
The document’s goal is to remove the constraints which limit the possibilities of digital interaction. The act approved excludes certain procedures which oblige entrepreneurs to physically come to the Public Services Agency and concomitantly, excludes provisions which facilitate the distance interaction. Thus, the registration and change of the documents will be possible with the use of the advanced qualified electronic signature.
Only the advanced qualified electronic signature from the European Union will be recognized, which will allow investors to sign documents in Moldova and present documents from the EU states. Also, the draft law allows the signing of the electronic labour contract not only in the case of the distance work, but also in other cases.
At the same time, the law introduces a wide range of possibilities of showing people’s agreement for the processing of data, which is also in line with the EU legislation.
