Mother of five children, convicted for swindle, pardoned in Moldova

Chisinau, 14 December /MOLDPRES/ - President Maia Sandu has signed a decree on the pardoning of Natalia Ursachi, mother of five children, convicted for swindle.
Under the decree, Natalia Ursachi, convicted by the Balti Court of Appeal in February 2020, was released from punishment, with period of probation, in the non-served part of the punishment established.
Natalia Ursachi was sentenced for 6 years of imprisonment being charged with swindle, after she had borrowed 8,000 euros and did not return this money.
