Moldovan tax body collected over 47.3 billion lei in 2021

Chisinau, 10 January /MOLDPRES/- Receipts to the National Public Budget administered by the State Tax Service amounted to 47.3 billion lei in 2021, up by 16.7% than in previous years.
According to the institution, the local budgets recorded revenues amounting to 5.2 billion lei, up by 1.0 billion lei compared to the similar period of 2020.
Also, over 16.4 billion lei were collected from the state social insurance budget during the mentioned period, an increase of 13.9% compared to the same period of the previous year.
At the same time, about 5.6 billion lei were accumulated in the funds of the compulsory health insurance, up by 700.2 million lei compared to the similar period of 2020.
