Moldovan top court validated MP mandate

Chisinau, 15 Feb. / MOLDPRES /- Constitutional Court today validated the mandate of MP Alexandr Nesterovschi.

At the proposal of the Central Electoral Commission, the judges of the Constitutional Court validated the mandate of MP Alexandr Nesterovschi of the list of the Communists and Socialists Bloc.

The mandate of the deputy became vacant in connection with the death of deputy Svetlana Căpățînă of the Communists and Socialists Bloc.
