Rulings by insolvency courts to be able tpo be appealed in Moldova

Chisinau, 17 March /MOLDPRES/ - The rulings by the insolvency court will be able to be appealed at the Court of Appeal. The parliament approved a draft law to this effect today.  

Thus, possibility will be given to appeal the decisions by the insolvency court at the appeal. The appeal applications will be considered in written procedure in a period of 60 days.  

The draft also sees that the rulings by the court of appeal cannot be subjected to appeal and are final and irrevocable starting their pronouncing.
