Diabetes refugees can receive free insulin

Chisinau, March 21 / MOLDPRES /- Refugees with diabetes may request the release of insulin in primary care facilities. The announcement was made today by the Ministry of Health.
The ministry has already distributed insulin analogues to primary care institutions. Distributed insulin, over 800 vials and five thousand pre-filled pens, is part of a batch donated by Israel.
According to the Ministry of Health, since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, staff in primary care institutions have consulted 1,747 refugees.
