Number of people vaccinating against COVID-19 decreases in Moldova

Chisinau, 29 March /MOLDPRES/ - A number of 8,845 people were vaccinated in Moldova during 21-27 March, less by more than 29 per cent against the week before. The Health Ministry (MS) made public data to this effect today.  

According to MS, also in the last week, 285,747 people went to vaccination centres to administer the booster dose.

Thus, the national coverage with one dose, in the general population, is of over 31 per cent and with the full scheme – over 30 per cent.

Moldova has received 2,923,860 doses of vaccine in all. The immunization against COVID-19 is free of charge and is recommended by all health institutions nationally and internationally.
