Over 6,100 foreigners applied for asylum in Moldova

Chisinau, 6 April /MOLDPRES/- On 24 February - 6 April the Migration and Asylum Office has received 6,111 asylum applications.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in the same period, 363,507 Ukrainian citizens entered the territory of our country, 268,415 left, and another 90,793 Ukrainian citizens remained.
In total, there are 94,558 foreigners in Moldova, of which 47,272 are minors (Ukrainian and other nationals who have entered the MD-AU segment).
