New local elections to be held in south Moldova settlement

Chisinau, 30 June /MOLDPRES/ - The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) today ruled the organization of new local elections in the Ialpujeni commune, southern Cimislia district.
According to CEC, the local ballot will take place on 16 October 2022. The local polls will be held, given the ceasing of the mayor’s mandate, because of his death.
The present decision enters into force on the date of adoption and is published in Moldova’s Official Journal.
