Prosecutors start searches at Termoelectrica enterprise of Moldova in file on abuse of power

Chisinau, 14 July /MOLDPRES/ - Anticorruption prosecutors today make searches at the Termoelectrica stock company, in a file opened on abuse of power.
The spokeswoman for the Prosecutor General’s Office, Mariana Cherpec, has confirmed the information for MOLDPRES.
„Thirteen searches are carried out in all. It is about a file on abuse of power, committed by Termoelectrica employees through faking tenders,’’ Cherpec said.
After the finishing of the criminal prosecution actions, anticorruption prosecutors will provide details on this case.
