Decision on increase of allocations published in Moldova's Official Journal

Chisinau, 28 July /MOLDPRES/ - The Official Journal (Monitorul Oficial) from 27 July published a government decision which envisages that more categories of the residents will receive increased allocations.
Under the document, the quantum of the state monthly allocation for more categories of the population will be increased by 300 lei. Thus, the allocation will grow from 950 to 1,250 lei.
The additional social protection measures, in form of increases, will be applied to the following people: the participants in the World War II; former prisoners of fascist concentration camps, in ghettos, in other forcible detention places, created by the fascist Germany and its allies during the Second World War; civilians employed in the army of operations during the World War II; the people who were in the Leningrad (St. Petersburg) city on the period of blockade (8 September 1941 – 27 January 1944); the people involved by local power bodies in the collection of ammunitions and military technology, in demining of areas and objects during the World War II.
According to data by the National Social Insurances House, about 180 people belong to these categories.
