Moldovan top court validated MP mandate

Chisinau, 4 Aug. /MOLDPRES/- The Constitutional Court today validated a deputy's mandate of Vasile Porțevschi, an alternate candidate on the list of the Action and Solidarity Party (PAS).
Vasile Porțevschi is president of the Nisporeni territorial organization of PAS. At the same time, he works as a teacher at the vocational school in the same locality.
The Court validated the parliamentary mandate at the proposal of the Central Electoral Commission.
The deputy mandate became vacant after parliamentarian Vladimir Bolea submitted a resignation request, being appointed Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry.
