Romanian Film Days to be held in central Calarasi town

Chisinau, 10 October /MOLDPRES/ - The eighth issue of the Romanian Film Days, just as in 2021, continues also in another five cities from Moldova – Balti, Soroca, Nisporeni, Calarasi and Cahul, where several films from the Chisinau selection are presented. On 15-16 October, Romanian movies will reach the Calarasi town.

According to the organizers, the event will be opened with a film dedicated to children. Thus, the latter will be able to watch the movie, Străjerii Deltei (The Guards of the Delta) (2021), made by Liviu Marghidan.

The Romanian Film Days is an event organized by the Association of Independent Cinema Men ALTERNATIVE CINEMA from Moldova and the production house ROVA FILM from Romania. The project is carried out with the support of the Department for Relation with Moldova, Moldovan Culture Ministry, National Cinematography Centre from Moldova, Mihai Eminescu National Cultural Institute and Romania’s Filmmakers Union. The partners are: National Archive of Films from Romania, Calarasi Districts Council, Calarasi Culture and Tourism Department and the Calarasi Community Centre.
