Duty-free regime to be cancelled

Chisinau, Nov. 11 /MOLDPRES/- The promulgation decree and the Law amending some normative acts were published in today's issue of the Official Journal.

Thus, the sale of goods in commercial units in customs zones will be taxed, starting from the principle of fiscal equity for all entrepreneurs in the Republic of Moldova.

Existing duty-free shops will operate until the current license expires.

The government, within three months from the date of publication of this law, will bring its normative acts in line with it.
