Over 26 thousand families in Moldovan capital to get heat compensation

Chisinau, Nov. 14 /MOLDPRES/- Over 26 thousand families in the capital will receive compensation of 40% of the heat bill. Chisinau mayor Ion Ceban made the statement at today's meeting.
The compensations will be granted according to the old formula and it will not be necessary to submit new applications. "The formula remains unchanged and people already in the system receive according to the same formula, without submitting new documents", the mayor said.
He added that 800 requests for firewood have also been submitted, but the municipality has a small amount of wood.
