Chisinau, 9 Dec. /MOLDPRES/- Consumers who incorrectly indicated the average monthly income, the number of people in the home or mistakenly requested the assignment of the category of non-vulnerable consumers, can ask for the request to be reopened to correct the data.

According to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Moldova, for consumers who incorrectly indicated the number of the place of consumption in the application submitted on www.compensatii.gov.md, suppliers cannot apply the correct energy vulnerability category in the invoice.

"In this context, we urge consumers who registered on compensatii.gov.md and received a category of energy vulnerability, but for which the average category is applied in the invoice based on the indirect method (as in the case of unregistered consumers), to check the correctness of entering the number of the place of consumption on compensatii.gov.md and to request the reopening of the request for the correction of the data, by sending a message to the email address [email protected]", the statement issued by the institution states.

According to the cited source, consumers who incorrectly indicated the average monthly income, the number of people in the home or mistakenly requested the assignment of the category of non-vulnerable consumers, can ask for the request to be reopened to correct the data.

The Ministry announces that for electricity consumers who received bills at the beginning of December that do not include compensation for the month of November, they will be granted cumulatively for the months of November and December in the next bill.
