One-off allowance for physicians, pharmacists to be paid in one installment in Moldova

Chisinau, 15 December /MOLDPRES/ - The one-off allowance worth 120,000 lei (about 6,000 euros) for physicians and pharmacists and the one of 96,000 lei for the medical and pharmaceutical staff with post-secondary vocational education will be paid in one installment. The parliament adopted a draft law to this effect in two readings today.

Under the document, the allowance will be paid fully after six months of work.

The law will enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal (Monitorul Oficial) of Moldova. The people who benefited from installments of the allowance till the law’s entrance into force will be paid the sum left in a single installment.

The draft law was backed by unanimous vote of the lawmakers present in the session hall.
