PAS faction has two new MPs

Chisinau, Jan 5. /MOLDPRES/- Today, the Constitutional Court examined the proposal of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) to validate the parliamentary mandates assigned to Mihail Leahu and Alina Dandara, alternate candidates on the list of the Action and Solidarity Party.
The CEC secretary, Alexandr Berlinschii, also participated in the Court session. Following the deliberations, the magistrates validated the deputies' mandates.
The two deputy mandates became vacant after Dumitru Alaiba was appointed Minister of Economy and Adrian Bălutel was appointed as Secretary of State in the State Chancellery.
