Christmas trees to be recycled

Chisinau, 9 Jan. /MOLDPRES/- The capital's authorities urged Chisinau residents to store Christmas trees and spruces near the household waste collection platforms to be recycled.
The trees will be collected by the specialized services of the city hall to be transported to the centralized biodegradable waste platform. They will be chopped and the sawdust will be used for organic compost.
The compost will be used by the Municipal Enterprise Green Space Management Association as organic fertilizer for plants and for soil fertilization.
