Moldovan, European officials broach reforms

Chisinau, February 18 /MOLDPRES/- President of the Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu discussed on the second day of Munich Security Conference with Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission.

According to the presidential press service, the discussion focused on the security situation in the region, the continuation of the reform agenda and the advancement of our European path, despite the crises we are facing.

"I thanked her for consistent support and assured her that the new Government is firmly committed to continuing the reform process and carrying out our EU accession agenda," the official said.

Maia Sandu participates in the Munich Security Conference on February 17-19.
