Competition for PCCOCS' head canceled

Chisinau, March 2. /MOLDPRES/- The competition for the head of the Prosecutor's Office for Combating Organized Crime and Special Cases (PCCOCS) has been cancelled. The decision was approved today by members of the Superior Council of Prosecutors (CSP).
The announcement of the termination of the competition was made by CSP head Angela Motuzoc after deliberations.
Previously, the special preselection commission found the impossibility of continuing the competition for the position of chief prosecutor of PCCOCS after the candidates entered in the competition, Andrei Mațco, Eugen Rurac, Sergiu Russu and all the members of the commission announced their withdrawal.
