Moldovan airspace not flown by cruise missiles, Ministry of Defense says

Chisinau, March 9. /MOLDPRES/- The Ministry of Defense today denied the information according to which the airspace of the Republic of Moldova was flown over by cruise missiles launched from the Black Sea following this morning's attacks from Ukraine.
The Ministry of Defense states that in collaboration with the responsible structures in the country, it carefully monitors the situation in the region and the national airspace to avoid any risks to the country.
This morning, massive rocket strikes targeted Kharkiv and Odesa from the east, the south and in the west of Ukraine. In Odesa region, Governor Maksim Marcenko reported "missiles hit regional energy infrastructure and damaged residential buildings", speaking of a "massive missile strike".
