Moldovan parliament took note of MP's resignation request

Chisinau, March 16. /MOLDPRES/- The Parliament today took note of the request submitted by Action and Solidarity Party faction MP Artur Mija. At the same time, a deputy mandate belonging to PAS was declared vacant.
Artur Mija submitted his resignation request on March 2, after being appointed as Secretary General of Government.
The decision enters into force on the date of its adoption. In accordance with the Law on MP status, the vacant mandate will be assigned to the next substitute on the list of the electoral competitor.
