Chisinau-Iasi train's routes to be suspended for 30, 31 May, 1 June

Chisinau, 22 May /MOLDPRES/ - The summer season from this year will start with a mini-vacation of four days. While important decisions will be taken at the Summit of the European Political Community, the Railway of Moldova (CFM) state enterprise informs that the Chisinau-Bucharest train would move daily and the train Chisinau-Iasi will not move on 30, 31 May and 1 June.
The 1 June day, when the Children’s Day is marked, as well as the day of 2 June, will be declared days off. They will be recovered subsequently by the employees, through the extension of the labour schedule. The provisions are applied to the employees of the public authorities and institutions. As for the enterprises of the real sector of the national economy, the decision approved by the government has a character of recommendation. In this case, the decision to give employees days off on 1 and 2 June will be taken by the heads of these enterprises.
At the same time, the Baccalaureate examination due on 2 June 2023 will be carried out under the schedule set by the Education and Research Ministry, with the attraction of employees to work, in line with the provisions of Moldova’s Labour Code.
