Moldova to have have lower roaming tariffs with EU

Chisinau, 31 May /MOLDPRES/ - Moldova and the European Union today signed a new agreement and namely on the liberalization of the roaming tariffs. The agreement provides for the decrease in the charges for the roaming services with the EU countries starting from 1 January 2024. President Maia Sandu has made statements to this effect at a news conference.
„I am happy to inform you that when we will go to the European Union, we will be able to speak with our families at home more often and cheaper,’’ Maia Sandu said.
