Programme on reimbursement of value added tax for agricultural producers to have more beneficiaries in Moldova

Chisinau, 7 June /MOLDPRES/ - The number of beneficiaries from the programme on reimbursement of the value added tax (VAT) for agricultural producers will increase. The report on the draft law which stipulates this was approved by the members of the parliament’s commission for agriculture and food industry today.

The legislative initiative belongs to lawmakers of the parliamentary faction of the Action and Solidarity Party (PAS), Alexandr Trubca and Viorel Barda

The document sees the increase in the number of beneficiaries of the programme on VAT’s reimbursement for agricultural producers. This will result from the replacement of the 2021 year by the 2022 one as regards the quantum of the value added tax accumulated in account, which can be used by agricultural producers for the payment of contributions to the national public budget.

The draft law is to be submitted to parliament’s plenum for consideration.
