PHOTO GALLERY Admission starts to Nicolae Testemitanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Moldova

Chisinau, 24 July /MOLDPRES/ - The Nicolae Testemitanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy has launched the contest of admission to higher education for the Moldovan citizens in the 2023-2024 academic year.  

USMF Rector Emil Ceban said that the files can be submitted with physical presence or online on the platform www.eadmitere.usmf.md. ‘’The number of places with budgetary financing increased from 420 to 500 this year. These young people are to work in the healthcare system of our country. We urge young people to choose our university, in order to benefit from quality education,’’ Emil Ceban noted.    

The admission plan envisages 628 places on contract basis. As for Moldovan citizens, the size of the fee per syllabus will be: in Medicine - 32,200 lei (1,610 euros); Pharmacy – 30,500 lei, Stomatology – 42,300 lei, Optometry – 32,200 lei, Physiotherapy and rehabilitation – 21,600 lei, Public health, general medical assistance and radiological technology – 19,300 lei.       

At the first stage of admission, held on 24-31 July, candidates can register for the contest both online – with the submission of files on the platform www.eadmitere.usmf.md or e-admitere.usmf.md and with physical presence, at the headquarters of the Medical University (Stefan cel Mare Blvd. 165). Young people have right to register for the contest concomitantly at three syllabi at the most, but can be admitted only to one of them.       

The intermediary results will be published on 1 August on the University website, https://usmf.md. Only the candidates who presented the original acts will participate in the final contest. Thus, the people who will be on lists are to submit the original documents on the period 2-4 August. The young people who failed to pass the intermediary admission contest, but who want to participate in the final contest, should also submit the acts in the terms established. The final results will be announced on the University’s website on 7 August.   

If free places are left, an additional admission session will be held on 8-11 August and the results will be published on 12 August.   

The period of submitting the acts for participation in the contest of admission to the syllabi for master’s degree is similar to the one for the degree higher education and integrated studies - 24-31 July, with 57 places provided in all. Candidates can register for the contest both online, through submitting the contest file to the email admiteremaster@usmf.md and with physical presence, at the University’s headquarters. As for the syllabus, Management in public health, the contest files will be submitted with physical presence at the headquarters of the Public Health Management School.
