Chisinau, 20 October /MOLDPRES/ - Over 1.3 million lei will be allocated from the government’s intervention fund for liquidating the consequences triggered by the recent natural calamities. A decision to this effect was approved at a today’s meeting of the Commission for Emergency Situations (CSE), chaired by Prime Minister Dorin Recean, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.

Thus, about one million lei will be distributed for the repair of the roof of the Viorel Prisacaru Gymnasium from the Gaspar village, northern Edinet district. Also today, the CSE members abrogated a string of earlier derogations from the Regulation on the assigning of energy vulnerability categories and the way of establishment and payment of compensations for the payment of energy invoices, following the creation of the Energy Vulnerability Information System and the rectification in the Regulation, earlier made by the cabinet of ministers.

Also, Moldova will give up a string of earlier approved measures, in order to cut the consumption of energy, given the normalization of the situation in this sector. The reconnection to power supply of fountains, decorative, architectural and advertising illumination is allowed and the enterprises with energy-intensive production process will return to a normal schedule of work.
