Gas purchased from Gazprom to be more expensive in November

Chisinau, Nov. 1 /MOLDPRES/- In November, the price of gas purchased by Moldovagaz from Gazprom will be $830.42 per thousand cubic meters, compared to $795.87 in October. Moldovagaz head Vadim Ceban made the statement today.
"All the amount of gas procured from Gazprom will be directed to Tiraspoltransgaz", he said.
Ceban said that according to the preliminary estimates of Moldovagaz SA, in the first quarter of 2024 the price of natural gas delivered by Gazprom will be 510 dollars per thousand cubic meters.
According to the contract signed in October 2021, the price of natural gas purchased by Moldovagaz from Gazprom is calculated differently in winter and summer.
