Schedule of work of green line of help at Meter programme extended in Moldova

Chisinau, 2 November /MOLDPRES/ - Citizens are urged to call the green line 0 8000 5000 or write to the email: [email protected], in order to get answers about the programme of compensations for energy or signal difficulties faced at the registration of the online application.

According to the Labour and Social Protection Ministry, in normal regime, the green line works starting from Monday till Friday in the time interval 10:00-20:00 and on Saturday – stating from 10:00 till 16:00. Thus, 1,798 calls were processed on 1 November and 1,098 calls were processed today till 16:00.     

In the context, to face the big flow of calls and provide support to a larger number of applicants, the green line was supplemented by three people and the usual schedule (starting from Monday till Friday in the time interval 10:00-20:00 and on Saturday – stating from 10:00 till 16:00) was extended.

„On the days to come, the green line will work according to the following extended schedule: 3 November, in the time interval 8:00-20:00, 4 November – 10:00-18:00 and 5 November – 10:00-18:00. Depending on the number of applications, the schedule might be extended for other periods as well,’’ the institution said.  

Starting from 1 November, this year, citizens can register on the platform www.compensatii.gov.md, in order to benefit from financial support on behalf of the state in the 2023-2024 cold season. This year, people can ask for two types of compensations – in invoice and in monetary form – assistance for the cold period of the year, amounting to 800 lei, for the households which heat with wood or coal. The citizens can register in the system till 25 November, in order to benefit from compensations for the cold period.
