Repeated voting to be held in eight settlements of Moldova

Chisinau, 5 November /MOLDPRES/ - Repeated voting will be held in eight settlements of Moldova, where the electoral threshold for the local elections was not exceeded. The president of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC), Angelica Caraman, has made statements to this effect at a news briefing.
According to Caraman, repeated polls will take place in Sămănanca – Orhei district, Cunicea – Florești, Nicolaevca – Florești, Chirsova – Gagauzia, Aluatu – Taraclia, Cotovscoe – Gagauzia, Salcia – Taraclia and Chioselia – Gagauzia. The ballot will be held in two weeks.
