European Village: Park built in Stăuceni with investment of about 9 million lei

Chisinau, 4 Jan. /MOLDPRES/- A modern park was built in Stăuceni village. The works were carried out as part of the European Village Program, with around 9 million lei (450 thousand euros) allocated from the National Fund for Local Regional Development.
The public park with an area of 1.8 hectares was designed in a way to meet the needs of the community, emphasizing the development of children. It includes two playgrounds equipped with quality equipment. At the same time, the project also provided for the planting of 260 trees, the installation of the public lighting system and street furniture, the arrangement of a sanitary block.
The European Village program includes 497 projects.
