As many as 286 influenza cases registered in Moldova in last week

Chisinau, 6 February /MOLDPRES/ - As many as 286 cases of seasonal influenza were recorded on the period 29 January – 4 February, confirmed through the laboratory and clinical and epidemiological ways.
According to the National Public Health Agency, the flu cases were reported in people who belong to the following age groups: 0-4 years (88 cases), 5-14 years (83 cases), 15-29 years (25 cases), 30-64 years (62 cases), 65 years and more (28 cases).
As many as 946 cases of influenza and 127,502 ones of viroses have been notified in Moldova since the beginning of the cold season.
