Moldovan Constitutional Court validates lawmaker's mandate

Chisinau, 5 March /MOLDPRES/ - Said-Muhmad Amaev is the new lawmaker of Moldova’s parliament on behalf of the Bloc of Communists and Socialists (BCS). The judges of the Constitutional Court (CC) validated his mandate today.
Amaev Said-Muhmad is coach and teacher at the Boris Petuhov sports schools from Balti.
The vacancy of the mandate occurred following an application on resignation submitted by MP Adrian Lebedinschi.
The CC’s ruling is final, cannot be subjected to any appeal, enters into force on the date of its adoption and is published in the Official Journal (Monitorul Oficial).
