Moldovan, American officials broach bilateral cooperation

Washington, Apr. 18 /MOLDPRES/- Moldova's head of diplomacy Mihai Popsoi began his official visit to Washington DC with a meeting with Deputy Secretary of State Richard Verma.
The officials addressed the successes of bilateral cooperation in the spirit of the strategic partnership priorities. They expressed confidence that the Strategic Dialogue meeting will further strengthen Moldovan-American cooperation in support of Moldova's development efforts.
"During the discussion, we reiterated Moldova's determination to implement the reform agenda and the importance of US assistance in supporting our country's EU accession path," Popsoi said.
