Moldovan Energy Regulatory Agency says petrol's price goes under 26 lei/litre, diesel - under 21 lei/litre

Chisinau, 10 May /MOLDPRES/ - The National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE) records, in continuation, a cheapening of the prices for fuels on international exchanges. The tendency is registered at the fuel supply stations of Moldova as well.

As a result, this week, the petrol’s price decreased under the threshold of 26 lei/litre and the diesel – under 21 lei/litre. The diesel was sold at this price in early 2024. This means a full recovery of the price of this product following the last months’ fluctuations, ANRE noted.

In these conditions, ANRE informed about a maximal price of 25.69 lei/litre for the COR petrol, down by 0.23 lei. At the same time, the diesel will be sold for 20.99 lei/litre at the most, which is by 0.09 lei less.
