Moldovan tax body collected 35.3 billion lei since beginning of year
Chisinau, 2 Sep. /MOLDPRES/- National Public Budget receipts administered by the State Tax Service (SFS) amounted to 35.3 billion lei (about 1.8 billion euros), in eight months of 2022, which denotes an increase of 5370.0 million lei or by 17.9% compared to the same period of the previous year.
According to the SFS, in 2022, the State Budget received 15.4 billion lei, which is 2844.4 million lei more compared to the same period in 2021, or an increase of 22.7% .
"The local budgets recorded receipts of about 3.8 billion lei, which represents 485.5 million lei more compared to the same period of the previous year or by 14.6%. Also, 12.1 billion lei were collected from the state social insurance budget in the mentioned period, which is about 1550.5 million lei more compared to the similar period of the previous year, or an increase of 14 .7%", SFS said.
At the same time, four billion lei have been accumulated in the compulsory healthcare insurance funds, which is 490.5 million lei more compared to the same period of 2021 or 13.8%.
