As of June 30, Green Card insurance certificates for Russia and Belarus no longer valid
Chisinau, June 19. /MOLDPRES/- As of June 30, the Green Card insurance certificates for the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus are no longer valid.
According to the National Agency of Road Transport (ANTA), the announcement was made by the Council of Bureaux in Brussels, which sent an informative note to the National Bureaux of the International Motor Insurance System (Green Card) regarding the suspension of membership of the Green Card Bureaux in the Russian Federation and Republic of Belarus.
In this context, ANTA recommends that transport operators inform themselves about the regulations in the field of road transport applicable in these countries, including the rules regarding the insurance of transport units.
