Customs warehouse authorization to be issued only in online regime in Moldova
Chisinau, 20 January /MOLDPRES/ - Moldova’s Customs Service has informed that, starting from 1 February 2021, the procedure of issuance of the Customs warehouse authorization (administration and management of the warehouse) would be held only in electronic format.
To submit the application for getting Customs warehouse authorization (administration and management of the warehouse), the institution recommends consulting the list of documents necessary, which are no be annexed.
„The entire process will take place only in electronic format. Thus, all notifications, including the certificate of findings on the application’s reception, as well as the permissive act will be sent to the e-mail you will show. At the first stage, you will have to get the Working technological scheme elaborated and approved by the customs bureau, within the activity area where the customs warehouse is placed. This scheme, along with all the set of acts, will be scanned and annexed to the application,’’ Customs Service sources said.
At the same time, the institution said that ‘no changes have been made as to the list of acts needed or the way the control is carried out at the moment of authorization.’’ ‘’The difference consists only in the fact that the application will be submitted by electronic means and, respectively, the permissive act will be issued in the electronic format too,’’ the Customs service of Moldova said.
