
Heavy rains caused difficulties on some roads
Chisinau, August 18 /MOLDPRES/- During the night and day of August 17-18, heavy rains accompanied by strong winds fell in the northern and central areas of the country, which caused difficulties in road traffic and minor damages on some routes, the State Administration of Roads (ASD) has reported.
According to the institution, works were carried out to clean the roadway of sludge and mud in the districts of Anenii Noi and Briceni.
Three special machines and four road workers were trained in the technological process. Other consequences caused by the rainfall recorded recently have not been identified, ASD summarizes.
